We have used John to clean carpets for quite a few years. He is very professional, ethical, and does a fantastic job. He takes his time and gets our carpets super clean. We've never had our tile cleaned in 16 years. Today he did that for us and they look brand new. It was amazing. He is very prompt and you don't have to wait long for an appointment. I am so glad I chose John to clean my carpets. His response to my email was quick and within a few minutes I was able to set up a day and time. His communications with me were great. He sent a text to remind me the day before and a text to let me know he was on his way. He was on time and looked at what needed to be done. He was pleasant and professional upon meeting him. John was upfront about the possibility he would not be able get rid of some of the stains completely but would do his best (it had been a while since I could them cleaned). The carpets look awesome. I could not believe he was able to get everything looking like new. I highly recommend John and will use again in the future.
