I am so glad I chose John to clean my carpets. His response to my email was quick and within a few minutes I was able to set up a day and time. His communications with me were great. He sent a text to remind me the day before and a text to let me know he was on his way. He was on time and looked at what needed to be done. He was pleasant and professional upon meeting him. John was upfront about the possibility he would not be able get rid of some of the stains completely but would do his best (it had been a while since I could them cleaned). The carpets look awesome. I could not believe he was able to get everything looking like new. I highly recommend John and will use again in the future.
