John was very knowledgeable and used the method that is recommended by carpet manufacturers which includes a detergent pre-spray that a lot of other cleaners skip. We have used him a couple times and he is professional, efficient and thorough. He got out all the stains. Carpets look and smell great. And they dried in a few hours as they should. Luckily, we found J.G Carpeting Cleaning! He came over immediately to make sure he would be able to access my apartment and then we scheduled an appointment for the next week. On the actual appointment day, he showed up, despite the rain, and was willing to get creative with how to access my apartment with his equipment (using my balconey!). Not only that, but he did a fantastic job cleaning my sectional and comfy chair! I am very happy with the result and the overall service. He was willing to give some advice on my rugs, how to fix parts of my couch, etc. He went above and beyond. Highly recommend!
Philip Castro2023-09-12Great job. I want others to know the quality of your work. My daughter had lots of paint spilled on the carpet due to missing the drop cloth as she painted her paintings. I didn't expect any of it to come out. Wow, most of it is out and the little left is barely visible! Price of the room was fair, but after the tip, was costly, (my choice) but was worth every penny! Stairs look new too! No one will be disappointed if you do for them what you did for us! God Bless.

I wish I had taken before photos because the transformation in my 11 year old carpets is simply miraculous - they look BRAND NEW. We had many many pet stains (every kind - including cat urine) and even an area of paint transfer - John was able to get all of it out. He far exceeded my expectations. I was expecting to have to buy new carpet soon and instead, he's given us at least several more years of life in this one.
KC Lawler2023-07-21John was spectacular. I recently purchased a home and was concerned about the old, stained carpets, thinking they were a lost cause. John cleaned carpeted stairs that abutt the drywall with no damage to the wall and made all the carpets spotless. The carpeting was old and had a particular odor. His deodorizing treatment did the trick. No stains no smells and carpet that I thought was a lost cause and was matted from high traffic bounced back and looks so much better. John was curious and demonstrated respect for me and my property. I'll be having him back to help maintain the carpets with a deep clean every 18 months or so.
