I didn't expect any of it to come out. Wow, most of it is out and the little left is barely visible! Price of the room was fair, but after the tip, was costly, (my choice) but was worth every penny! I wish I had taken before photos because the transformation in my 11 year old carpets is simply miraculous - they look BRAND NEW. We had many many pet stains (every kind - including cat urine) and even an area of paint transfer - John was able to get all of it out. He far exceeded my expectations. I was expecting to have to buy new carpet soon and instead, he's given us at least several more years of life in this one.
